Program Director

NYC-based technology firm specializing in cloud-based client-facing SAAS solutions that enable financial services firms to maximize their investment in Salesforce. Proven track record helping alternative asset firms enrich the Salesforce platform with the necessary functionality to profitably.

Looking to hire a Program Director to take the lead with a highly valued client(s). This individual will have the Salesforce experience to guide and direct across multiple work-streams – Directing project teams, working with business and technical stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners across the company.

It’s your job to coordinate all the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines with finesse and keeping with our standard white glove service. Executive communication skills are a must.

Essential Functions:
Weekly user group and technology meeting agendas
Team roadmaps and project plans
Quarterly Review Presentation (what we did and what’s next)
Monitor and communicate Salesforce and firm’s updates/changes
Manage refresh and deployment schedules
Communications with senior management and end-users
Prioritization of requests/backlog items
Mapping business requirements
On-demand support
Articulate functional requirements
Manage deadlines
Document testing scripts
End user trainings and training documentation
Implementation strategy
Onboarding users
Data Management

Competencies:

Experience using technology that supports building, planning, and executing communications. • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to identify problems and independently develop alternatives for resolution, averting problems by anticipating contingencies and raising issues at the right time.

Deep understanding of principles of communication, adult learning, industry trends, and user-centered design.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage all firm’s employees assigned to the program
Directing and coordinating Customer resources assigned to program
Developing the strategies and tactics needed to insure successful delivery across multiple work streams

Additional Qualifications:
Travel – ****Travel to NYC offices of client will be required for part of each week****
