Collateral Analyst

- Pay rate $60 per hour C2C
- $50 – $55 /hour W2
- Location: Atlanta – 3 days onsite
- Contract length: 6 months with the intention to convert

Duties/Requirements:
- Collateral input – They will input collateral for all transactions in client’s system
- Understand collateral from credit perspective
- Can read legal agreements
- Should be able to understand and do some interpretation of the material
- Will be working with credit analyst
- Communication skills should be good
- 2-3 years experience in or with exposure to collateral
Job Overview/Purpose:
The Wholesale Collateral Analyst role is a newly created role is to provide support to Front Line staff and a variety of pre to post deal processes and systems (inc. Fulfilment, Collateral, Flood, and others) in Wholesale Banking North America.
The Collateral Analyst role is being created to provide the Wholesale Collateral Team with support as it covers newly combined processes and systems. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and work of multiple processes that will be combined to provide seamless inter-booking support, including but not limited to:
- WBNA Collateral
- Fulfilment
- Flood Regulation and Monitoring
The job will include various tasks that are expected to evolve over time, including:
- Providing pre and post deal support on collateral for Wholesale Banking clients.
- Management of ECPR, and upstream, data and fields to ensure complete and accurate information is captured and maintained for all clients.
- Support the Head of Wholesale Collateral Team with subject matter expertise on the collateral data, Basel IV implementation representative, Fulfilment, Flood Regulation, and monitoring, among other such projects.
- Relationship liaison to be a point of contact between third parties (Head Office, Audit, examiners, etc.) and the 1st line credit function, including: developing and fostering relationships, fulfilling requests, resolving issues, and streamlining communication.
- Supporting the team and first line with ad-hoc or planned future mid-stream projects/system implementations.
