Job Overview/Purpose:
The Wholesale Covenant and Compliance Analyst role will provide support to Front Line staff as it relates to Covenant Compliance and Documentation for Wholesale Banking. The Covenant and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and support of covenant compliance and documentation tracking across multiple deal teams, including but not limited to:
- Core Lending (Atlanta, Chicago, Canada, and Mexico)
- International Desk
- Project Finance
- Leveraged Lending
- Financial Advisory Services
The job will include various tasks that are expected to evolve over time, including:
- Review legal agreements and confirm what documentation and financial covenants need to be tracked as outlined in the agreements
- Track documentation and covenant requirements across multiple portfolios using DOX Pro
- Liaise with Front Office to escalate when documentation/covenant breaches occur
- Review covenant and compliance reports to remediate and minimize delinquent and delayed required items
- Recalculate Borrowing Base requirements
